Mario Busacca graduated as a lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. He specialized in civil and commercial Law. He has a long experience as advisor in the development of real state operations in the Argentine Republic and as representative of argentine investors in the United States.

He has an extensive experience in bankruptcy, trusts, auctions and foreclosures. He also collaborated actively as legal advisor to different political parties in the Argentine Republic. He is an adherent member of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI) and of the National Academy of Moral and Political Sciences (ANCMYP).

Julián Busacca graduated as a lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. Currently, he is preparing the final dissertation of the master’s degree in Law and Economics at the Torcuato Di Tella University. He specializes in criminal law, compliance, information technology and data privacy.

His professional career was developed in the field of the National Judicial Power (Argentina), specifically in the National Criminal Court of Instruction N° 10, in the National Juvenile Court N° 4 and in the Federal Criminal and Correctional Court N° 1 of San Isidro. In the last court, he was in charge of various criminal investigations of an economic nature against highly relevant companies.

He teaches Public International Law at the University of Buenos Aires and at the University of San Isidro. Also, he collaborated as a professor of the Narco-crime subject in the chair in charge of the Federal Judge, Dr. Sandra Arroyo Salgado. He is an adherent member of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI).

Marcela Ota joined Estudio Busacca in 2010 and works in the Labor Law area. She is a lawyer graduated from the University of Belgrano and has a master degree in Labor Law and International Labor Relations from the University of Tres de Febrero. In addition, in 2019, she completed the Doctorate in Private Law at the University of Business and Social Sciences.

Her professional career was developed in the private field as an independent lawyer and as an external lawyer for different legal firms in Buenos Aires City and Buenos Aires Province. At the same time, from 2002 to 2016 she worked in the Free Legal Department of the University of Belgrano, institution where she has also been teaching since 2006.
